Integrated Gap Assessment
Review gaps, common processes and discipline-specific needs against current standards.
Integrated Management Systems
Reduce duplicated controls and administrative effort by integrating ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 around the way your organisation actually works.
What we do
A well-integrated IMS shares common governance, document management, risk and opportunity oversight, internal audits, objectives, management reviews and corrective-action processes while retaining discipline-specific controls.
Specific deliverables
Review gaps, common processes and discipline-specific needs against current standards.
Align roles, leadership reviews, policies, objectives, communication and reporting.
Build a clear master list and lean documentation structure accessible to operations.
Develop an audit schedule based on risks, locations, operations and certification requirements.
Support company-wide induction and awareness with standard-specific modules and attendance evidence.
Ad hoc system updates, audits, management reviews and compliance support, by agreed day rate and without a mandatory retainer.
Project delivery
Confirm the project scope, review existing arrangements and identify gaps and priorities.
Engage leadership, understand organisational context and plan objectives, responsibilities and actions.
Develop processes, procedures, registers and controls tailored to your operations.
Put the system into practice and train personnel in their roles and responsibilities.
Monitor performance, conduct internal audits and support management review and improvement.
Support certification readiness, audit preparation and responses to certification audit findings.
Our delivery model
Your nominated project manager coordinates the delivery plan, stakeholders, milestones and reporting. Involvement scales with organisational size and scope.
Hands-on consultants establish usable controls, practical processes, registers, documented information and measurable performance arrangements.
Competent auditors examine implementation and effectiveness. We arrange suitable objectivity by avoiding auditors reviewing their own work where practicable.
Standard-specific awareness and implementation training — including a proposed four-hour all-staff session and TNEC certificate of attendance.
Scheduled management engagement helps leadership establish ownership, resource decisions and evidence of commitment throughout the project.
After handover, book the expertise you need at an agreed day rate. No ongoing retainer is required to retain ownership of your management system.
Explore service →Flexible system maintenance · No Lock-In
You choose when to engage TNEC — and when not to.
Our ongoing ISO and IMS maintenance support is available at an agreed day rate, scoped to the assistance you actually need. No compulsory monthly maintenance subscription or long-term support contract. Your procedures, registers, records and management system remain under your organisation's control. We make it easy for your team to operate independently, with specialist support available as needed.
A separately agreed implementation project or booked service has its own written scope, fees and cancellation terms. “No Lock-In” refers to optional ongoing maintenance support, not a waiver of agreed project commitments.
